Job Description:
- The Solar Products Sales Manager is responsible for driving business development, managing key industry relationships, securing profitable deals, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solar energy solutions across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development for solar PV modules, inverters, and batteries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with solar distributors, EPC contractors, and installers.
- Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.
- Negotiate profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor policies and market dynamics influencing solar adoption.
- Work with technical teams to deliver optimal solar energy solutions.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2 years of experience.
- With experience in solar sales, particularly in off-grid, mini-grid, or C&I markets.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian market and key players such as Lumos, Arnergy, and Dyque etc.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in sales is required.
