Job Description:
- Responsibility will include but not limited to discovering and pursuing new high net worth sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional or national revenue, market share, and distribution goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives and agents, setting performance targets and conducting reviews.
- Distribution Management: Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure effective product availability.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and analyze sales data to refine strategies.
- Trade Marketing & Sales Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement product launches, promotions, and merchandising plans.
- Financial Control: Manage sales budgets, monitor pricing, and optimize trade spending to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Education: HND/B.Sc. in relevant discipline
Salary
