Job Description:
- We are seeking an elegant, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
- The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations that align with our brand's standard of sophistication.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and engage every client, ensuring a memorable and personalized in-store experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of all furniture, home accessories, and fragrances in the showroom.
- Provide expert recommendations that meet clients’ aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional service and relationship building.
- Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom remains pristine at all times.
- Manage customer follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferably within the luxury furniture industry.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS or CRM systems.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven retail environment.
- Warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Must reside within proximity to Victoria Island or its environs.
