Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and hardworking Sales Assistant to anchor the revenue engine of our operations in Challenge, Ibadan. In the competitive retail landscape of Oyo State, success is defined by "Service Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize customer welcoming with the clinical precision required for Negotiation, Product Presentation, and High-Level Satisfaction. This role is designed for an "Engagement Architect" who can blend "Commercial Grit" (active selling and negotiation) with the "Selfless Mindset" required to ensure every customer interaction is elite.

Requirements:

1. Experience Orchestration & Welcome Governance

  • Customer Sovereignty: Welcome and greet visitors with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First Impressions."

  • Satisfaction Architecture: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through selfless service, providing the "Structural Foundation" for repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Schedule Architecture: Manage a full-time schedule (Monday – Saturday) with "Hardworking" reliability, providing the "Visual Foundation" for consistent store coverage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or OND.

  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience (entry-level candidates are welcome).

  • Location Scope: Must reside in Challenge, Ibadan or the immediate surrounding areas.
