Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Regional Sales Manager to anchor the growth engine of our South East operations. In the aggressive consumer electronics and mobile accessory landscape, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize national sales targets with the clinical precision required for Distributor Onboarding, Planogram Compliance, and Regional Visibility. This role is designed for a "Channel Architect" with 5–8 years of experience (ideally in FMCG or electronics) who can blend "Field Grit" (traveling extensively for on-the-job coaching) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage a high-performance team of Territory Sales Executives.
Requirements:
1. Channel Orchestration & Distribution Governance
Network Sovereignty: Expand market coverage by identifying and onboarding high-potential distributors and wholesalers, acting as the primary "Source of Regional Penetration."
Visibility Architecture: Ensure products are displayed according to the company’s planogram, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite brand presence in retail outlets.
Rotation Stewardship: Monitor distributor performance and stock health, ensuring the "Source of Inventory Fluidity" is lean and effective.
2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic
Deployment Sovereignty: Execute regional sales plans aligned with national objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Achievement."
Route Architecture: Drive discipline in route-to-market execution and reporting, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for field sales productivity.
Competitor Stewardship: Monitor rival pricing, promotions, and activities, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Market Intelligence."
3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power
Team Sovereignty: Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives and Territory Executives, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Excellence."
Coaching Architecture: Conduct regular field visits to provide on-the-job training and KPI management, providing the "Visual Foundation" for team growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years in Sales (FMCG or Consumer Electronics), with at least 2–3 years in an Area or Regional Management role.
Market Mastery: Strong understanding of the South East (Anambra/Onitsha/Aba) market dynamics and trade networks.
