Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Support Officer to join our real estate firm in Lagos. Despite the "Support" title, this role functions as a Growth Lead, responsible for mobilizing the sales team, overseeing premium property listings, and driving revenue through strategic market analysis.
Located in the heart of the Lekki-Ajah real estate hub, you will be the engine behind our sales operations. You will not only manage listings but also build high-value client relationships and adjust our sales strategies based on real-time market trends. If you are a proactive professional with at least one year of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the Island market, we want you to lead our sales efforts.
Requirements:
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Team Mobilization: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
Goal Architecture: Develop actionable sales strategies, set clear performance milestones, and monitor progress via structured reporting.
Process Oversight: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from listing acquisition and pricing strategy to final closing.
2. Market Intelligence & Portfolio Management
Trend Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and shifting market trends in the Lekki-Ajah axis to adjust pricing and marketing plans accordingly.
Listing Governance: Oversee the quality and accuracy of property listings across all digital and physical platforms.
Strategy Adjustment: Proactively pivot sales tactics based on data-driven market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Client Diplomacy & Relationship Management
Referral Engine: Build and nurture deep relationships with high-value clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and drive organic referrals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for complex negotiations and high-level client inquiries.
Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure that every client interaction reflects the premium standards of the firm.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of active experience in the Nigerian Real Estate sector.
Gender Preference: This position is specifically open to Female candidates.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Lekki - Ajah axis to ensure proximity to operations and property locations.
