- Our Company is a major player in the FMCG ( Fast moving consumer goods) sector and seeks to engage dynamic and high performing Sales and marketing personnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed daily/monthly targets for assigned territories.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility on shelves (planograms) to drive impulse purchases.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Gather market intelligence, analyze sales data, and provide competitor activity feedback.
- Promotion Execution: Implement trade marketing activities,, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at retail outlets to prevent stock-outs or overstock.
- Lead Generation: Identify new customers and expand market share.
Requirements:
- Education: HND / B.Sc. in relevant discipline.
- Age: 35 (Sales Executive)
- Sex: Male/Female
Salary
