We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects on-site.
• They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• They manage the technical aspects of a project, providing expertise, problem-solving, and coordination between different teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Solve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets required standards.
• Manage site operations, including site setup, logistics, and organization.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications, etc.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects and other project stakeholders etc.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Evaluate and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services
• Implement cost-saving measures and manage changes to the project scope.
• Identify and assess project risks related to costs.
• Prepare valuations for completed work.
• Finalize project accounts and prepare final cost reports.
• Any other assigned responsibility.
