Job Description:

This is a structured, high-intensity development initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and the complex realities of the Oil & Gas industry. Requirements:

1. Technical Mastery & Innovation

• Hands-on Exposure: Work at the forefront of engineering excellence, contributing to the design, fabrication, and maintenance of modular refinery systems.

• Specialized Rotations: Move through various departments, from Process Engineering and Asset Integrity to Project Management, to develop a 360-degree view of the energy value chain.

• Local Content Leadership: Learn the intricacies of local fabrication and domestic energy production, continuing Ebenco’s legacy of Nigerian-led innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic Profile

• Disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Computer, and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.

• Grade: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) OR Second-Class Lower (2:2) with a Distinction at the Master’s level.

• Status: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2023 or later.

Candidate Attributes

• Nationality: Must be a Nigerian citizen.

• Leadership IQ: Demonstrated ability to work in teams and lead initiatives.
