Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building lasting relationships, and helping individuals and businesses secure the most suitable coverage. Candidates must be based in Lagos.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify prospects and generate quality leads.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

  • Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to drive sales.

  • Prepare and send sales proposals as required.

  • Handle inquiries, address concerns, and overcome objections efficiently.

  • Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade.

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
