Job Description:
We are seeking a target-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales operations across Nigeria. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a professional who can blend strategic retail expertise with robust fleet and institutional sales growth. You will be responsible for expanding our market share, managing a high-performance dealer network, and ensuring that our brand remains the preferred choice in a competitive automotive landscape.
The ideal candidate possesses deep roots in the Nigerian automobile industry, with the technical ability to leverage modern sales analytics and CRM tools to drive inventory turnover and profitability.

Sales Leadership & Strategy
Target Achievement: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Fleet & Institutional Growth: Identify and secure large-scale fleet contracts and institutional partnerships with corporate entities and government agencies.
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and monitor the national sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
Dealership & Channel Management
Network Performance: Manage the dealer network, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensuring sustainable dealer profitability.
Inventory Control: Ensure healthy inventory turnover through accurate demand forecasting and strategic allocation across various regions.
Brand Standards: Maintain superior customer satisfaction levels and ensure all showrooms and touchpoints adhere to global brand standards.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
Market Insight: Track emerging market trends, competitor movements, and pricing benchmarks to adjust sales tactics in real-time.
Data-Driven Decisions: Generate periodic MIS, advanced analytics, and sales forecasts for executive leadership.
Digital Integration: Utilize AI-driven sales analytics and CRM platforms to optimize lead management and demand forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive sales with demonstrable leadership responsibility.
Nigeria Market Expertise: Extensive experience within the Nigerian Automobile Industry is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of dealer operations and channel management.
Proficiency in CRM software and performance dashboards.
Working knowledge of AI-driven sales tools and digital lead generation.
Core Competencies:
Negotiation: Exceptional ability to close high-value retail and fleet deals.
