Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Online Sales Manager to serve as the architect of our digital revenue growth. This is not an administrative role; it is an ownership role. You will own the entire digital sales engine from traffic generation and funnel optimization to conversion, retention, and repeat purchases. Your mission is to turn online attention into a consistent stream of high-volume orders across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate thinks in revenue, moves with urgency, and possesses the technical and leadership skills to build a scalable sales operation.
Requirements:
Revenue Growth & Funnel Optimization
Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to exceed revenue targets across all digital platforms.
Funnel Management: Own the full sales funnel, optimizing every touchpoint from initial awareness to final checkout.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct continuous A/B testing on offers, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
Campaign Execution: Lead performance marketing efforts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email/WhatsApp marketing to drive high-intent traffic.
Third-Party & Platform Management
Aggregator Optimization: Oversee and optimize presence on third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo), managing listings, pricing, and visibility.
Partnership Management: Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive platform-specific promos.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Sales Systems: Build and supervise structured processes for handling inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, ensuring fast, professional, and conversion-focused responses.
Retention Programs: Execute loyalty initiatives, seasonal offers, and product launches designed to increase the lifetime value of every customer.
Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that digital sales translate into seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Leadership & Performance Analytics
Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of DM handlers and customer representatives, driving a culture of speed and sales excellence.
Data Reporting: Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Analyze customer behavior and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Specific experience in a QSR, food delivery, or fast-paced retail environment is a major advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong mastery of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting).
Expertise in e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
Core Competencies:
Revenue-First Mindset: The ability to focus on metrics that drive the bottom line rather than just "activity."
Leadership: Experience building systems and managing teams to execute tasks with precision.
