Job Description:
- We are hiring experienced field sales professionals who can drive primary and secondary sales within assigned territories.
- As a Sales Partner, you will manage distributors and work closely with Sales Supervisors to grow market volume, expand coverage and ensure consistent product availability in the market.
- This role is 90% market work — not an office job.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned distributors and ensure adequate stock levels
- Drive sales volume across wholesalers, sub-distributors and retail outlets
- Support Field Executives, Riders in growing key salons
- Drive Secondary Outlet Expansion(Touch Point)
- Monitor territory performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs
- Execute promotions and market activations
- Track competitor activities and market pricing
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily sales and stock movement.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
- 2 - 4 years FMCG field sales experience
- Must understand open market sales and distributor operations
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working extensively in the market daily
- Target driven and performance focused.
