About Company:
FastLab is a groundbreaking healthtech startup revolutionising diagnostics in Africa, starting with Nigeria, by connecting healthcare providers and professionals to the digital economy through our innovative unified platform.
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, technically adept Sales Personnel to lead FastLab’s go-to-market execution in Lagos. This is not a traditional sales role; you are a digital transformation agent. Your mission is to onboard independent labs, hospitals, and physicians, equipping them with digital tools that digitize their workflows in under 30 seconds.
You will be the bridge between traditional healthcare practices and modern digital efficiency. By securing partnerships and integrations, you will unlock new revenue streams for providers while expanding the FastLab network. If you have 3+ years of experience in healthtech or pharma and a passion for disrupting the status quo, we want you on the front lines.
Requirements:
1. Digital Onboarding & Technical Advocacy
In-Person Evangelism: Conduct site visits to demonstrate the FastLab platform, highlighting how it digitizes workflows and enables seamless data flow instantly.
On-Site Implementation: Set up the platform on-site and provide hands-on training to non-technical staff to ensure 100% adoption.
KOL Engagement: Identify and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) using zero-cost incentives to build brand credibility.
2. Strategic Growth & Territory Management
Relationship Architecture: Build deep, trust-based relationships with lab managers and physicians to secure exclusivity contracts and long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Governance: Manage the full sales lifecycle via CRM, tracking leads from initial demo to successful conversion and revenue generation.
Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, gathering user feedback to coordinate custom integrations with the engineering team.
3. Compliance, Data & Metrics
Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure all pitches and onboardings comply with Nigerian regulations, including MDCN for telemedicine and NDPC/NITDA for data privacy.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on FastLab metrics across all onboarded users to ensure labs are achieving tangible ROI.
Market Intelligence: Analyze local healthcare trends in Lagos to refine sales pitches and identify high-potential expansion zones.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in HealthTech, Pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Technical Savvy: Ability to confidently demo software products and a high proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
Core Competencies
Negotiation IQ: Proven ability to close deals with busy medical professionals and administrators.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills to translate technical features into revenue-generating benefits.
Compliance Mindset: Deep understanding of data privacy (NDPC) and medical ethics in the Nigerian context.
Resilience: The "street smarts" and grit required for field sales and territory expansion in Lagos.
