Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Quality, Compliance & Systems Lead to anchor the governance engine of our organization. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the audit and the precision of the document control success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize ISO 9001 (QMS) with the clinical precision required for HSE Risk Management, EcoVadis Sustainability Assessments, and CAPA Implementation. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect", specifically a professional with 4–7 years of experience and a preferred ISO Lead Auditor certification who can blend "Regulatory Grit" (maintaining audit readiness and certification) with the "Strategic Agility" required to shape safety cultures and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Quality Governance

• QMS Sovereignty: Manage ISO 9001 certification and improvement cycles with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Quality Standards."

• Audit Architecture: Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification reviews, providing the "Structural Foundation" for permanent audit readiness.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee document control systems and compliance tracking, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Record" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & HSE Logic

• Safety Sovereignty: Drive HSE compliance and risk management protocols, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Security."

• Culture Architecture: Foster a proactive safety and quality culture across the organization, providing the "Functional Foundation" for behavioral compliance.

• CAPA Stewardship: Implement robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) systems, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Operational Integrity & Sustainability Power

• Sustainability Sovereignty: Lead EcoVadis assessments and sustainability reporting, acting as the primary "Source of Environmental & Social Governance (ESG)."

• Training Architecture: Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for firm-wide competency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–7 years of QMS expertise to accelerate the "Non-Conformance-to-Closure" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Systemic Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 4 – 7 years in Quality, Compliance, or QMS-focused roles.

• Education: HND or BSc in a relevant field.

• Technical Power: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and HSE frameworks.

• Advantage: ISO Lead Auditor certification is a significant distinction.
