Job Description:

We are seeking a precise, diligent, and technically adept Quality Control Analyst to join our pharmaceutical team in Anambra or Enugu. In this long-term role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every batch from raw materials to the finished product meets the highest quality and safety standards. Requirements:

  • Sample Testing & Analysis: Collect and analyze samples at all stages of manufacturing, from raw materials to in-process and finished goods, ensuring they meet rigorous specifications.

  • Compliance & Standards: Execute experiments strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Meticulously document laboratory findings and test outcomes; compare results against set criteria and advise on release suitability.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and routine repairs; manage the schedule for routine instrument maintenance.

  • Procedural Development: Assist in defining assay criteria and drafting or updating SOPs to improve laboratory efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct consistent QC checks throughout the production cycle to prevent deviations and ensure product excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Science Laboratory Technology.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Technical Literacy:

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent (Microsoft Office).

    • Strong ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
