Job Description:
Are you a relationship builder with a passion for sales and business growth? We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while driving account growth and meeting our sales targets.

Requirements:
Account Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell products or services.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through consistent engagement and proactive account planning.
Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, coordinating with our product, operations, and finance teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
Reporting: Track and analyze account performance data, providing regular reports to management on sales metrics, trends, and client feedback.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the Abuja market to help refine our sales approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (ideally in a B2B environment).
Skills & Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be comfortable presenting to clients.
Negotiation: Ability to negotiate win-win agreements and handle objections professionally.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for tracking sales data and managing reports.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Local Insight: Strong knowledge of the Abuja business landscape and commercial hubs is a significant advantage.
