Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager to join our team in Ikoyi. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our liquidity and growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing funds from both individual and corporate investors, promoting our proprietary treasury and investment products, and cultivating the high-level relationships that are essential to our long-term financial health.

Requirements:
Fund Mobilization & Growth
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively mobilize funds from high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities to meet and exceed our liquidity requirements.
Market Expansion: Identify new, untapped market segments and develop robust relationships to significantly expand our investor base.
Product Advocacy: Act as the primary champion for our investment and treasury products, effectively communicating their value proposition to prospective clients.
Relationship Management
Investor Relations: Manage and maintain existing investor relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth in investment volume.
Client Engagement: Provide personalized financial insights to investors, helping them understand how our products align with their financial goals.
Strategic Advisory
Liquidity Strategy: Provide data-driven recommendations on the investment of excess liquidity, ensuring our internal portfolio remains diversified, balanced, and optimized for risk and return.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, with a specific focus on treasury, investment, or funds mobilization.
Track Record: A proven history of selling financial products and managing complex portfolios for both corporate and individual clients.
Certifications: Possession of, or progress toward, professional certifications such as CIS, CFA, or other relevant financial qualifications is considered a strong advantage.

Client Acquisition: Exceptional ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
Communication & Negotiation: Sophisticated interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decision-makers at all levels.
