Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Proof of Funds (POF) Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to our financial operations, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between clients, financial institutions, and our internal teams. You will be responsible for the verification, management, and coordination of critical financial documentation, ensuring that all processes are compliant, accurate, and timely.

Requirements:
Coordination & Verification
Document Management: Manage the end-to-end collection and verification of Proof of Funds (POF) documentation from partners and clients.
Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to ensure they meet internal standards for completeness, authenticity, and regulatory compliance.
Transaction Support: Validate funding documentation to ensure total transaction readiness.
Stakeholder Liaison
Financial Networking: Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, financial representatives, legal teams, and external stakeholders regarding funding confirmations.
Communication: Provide regular status updates to internal teams and follow up immediately on any discrepancies or missing information.
Administration & Reporting
Tracking: Monitor the lifecycle of all POF submissions and approvals to ensure internal deadlines are consistently met.
Records: Maintain secure, confidential, and highly accurate records of all financial documentation.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation of funding confirmation letters, detailed reports, and supporting files.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking environment is required.
Preferred Backgrounds: Experience in compliance support, documentation coordination, financial processing, or escrow coordination is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance procedures.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
