Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Prepare letters, reports, and HR correspondence
- Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and interviews
- Handle basic employee inquiries and administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under supervision.
