Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and experienced HR / Admin Executive to join our team in Yaba. This role is the dual engine of our office, responsible for maintaining a world-class employee experience while ensuring our daily operations run with surgical precision.
The ideal candidate is an HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of recruitment, payroll, and office logistics. To maintain gender balance within our current leadership team, this role is specifically open to female applicants who reside in close proximity to Yaba and are ready for an immediate start.
Requirements:
1. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring funnel, from drafting technical job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating seamless onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff welfare, mediation, and policy guidance.
Payroll & Remuneration: Oversee accurate payroll processing, ensuring all statutory remittances and benefits are managed effectively.
2. Office Operations & Logistics
Admin Governance: Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.
Logistics Coordination: Manage company logistics and travel arrangements to ensure zero disruption to business activities.
Compliance Initiatives: Ensure the office and the workforce remain in 100% compliance with local labor laws and health and safety (HSE) regulations.
3. Strategic Support & Efficiency
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in office workflows and implement systems to improve overall administrative efficiency.
Record Keeping: Maintain pristine digital and physical files for all personnel and operational activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Gender: Female (Required for team gender balance).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related Social Science field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven HR and Administrative experience.
Location: Must reside in close proximity to Yaba, Lagos.
Availability: Must be ready to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks max.
Technical IQ & Competencies
Certifications: Professional membership (e.g., CIPM) is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
Multi-tasking: Ability to manage payroll cycles while simultaneously overseeing office repairs or recruitment drives.
