Job Description:
Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy (online and offline) to grow awareness, attendance, and support for productions, academy, and curated arts programs.
Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships (with sponsors, cultural institutions, media, NGOs, corporate brands) that align with Fàdákà’s vision and values.
Lead content strategy (social media, email, website, promotional materials, press).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; use data & insight to refine strategies.
Oversee brand management ensuring our visual identity, narrative, and public image stay strong and coherent.
Manage budget for marketing and partnership activities; allocate resources effectively.
Lead, mentor and manage a small team or external vendors.
Collaborate with other departments (productions, academy, operations) to ensure timely promotion of events, courses, and partnerships.
Requirements:
Strong track record of building partnerships and working with sponsors, institutions, media etc.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to tell compelling stories about arts/culture.
Strategic thinker who also gets into the details when needed.
Leadership experience: able to guide, inspire, and grow others.
Budgeting & financial planning experience.
Familiarity with local (Nigerian) arts & culture ecosystem is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Management, or related field is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the arts/culture, events, or creative industries.
