Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy (online and offline) to grow awareness, attendance, and support for productions, academy, and curated arts programs.

  • Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships (with sponsors, cultural institutions, media, NGOs, corporate brands) that align with Fàdákà’s vision and values.

  • Lead content strategy (social media, email, website, promotional materials, press).

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; use data & insight to refine strategies.

  • Oversee brand management ensuring our visual identity, narrative, and public image stay strong and coherent.

  • Manage budget for marketing and partnership activities; allocate resources effectively.

  • Lead, mentor and manage a small team or external vendors.

  • Collaborate with other departments (productions, academy, operations) to ensure timely promotion of events, courses, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of building partnerships and working with sponsors, institutions, media etc.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to tell compelling stories about arts/culture.

  • Strategic thinker who also gets into the details when needed.

  • Leadership experience: able to guide, inspire, and grow others.

  • Budgeting & financial planning experience.

  • Familiarity with local (Nigerian) arts & culture ecosystem is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Management, or related field is a plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the arts/culture, events, or creative industries.
