Job Description:

ALS is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Professional to spearhead the promotion of our financial solutions. In the lending industry, marketing is more than just visibility—it is about building trust and reaching the right customer at the right time with the right offer.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from identifying high-potential borrower segments to designing multi-channel campaigns that convert. If you are a confident marketer who understands the Lagos consumer landscape and can translate data into successful loan acquisition strategies, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Planning & Loan Promotion

  • Marketing Roadmap: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to promote specific loan offers (e.g., Personal, SME, or Asset Finance).

  • Campaign Architecture: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Digital and Offline) that effectively communicate the value proposition of our credit products.

  • Segment Discovery: Identify and prioritize target customer segments based on creditworthiness, financial needs, and market trends.

2. Market Intelligence & Research

  • Customer Insights: Conduct regular market research to understand evolving customer needs, pain points, and borrowing behaviors.

  • Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor the lending landscape in Lagos to ensure ALS offers remain competitive in terms of interest rates, accessibility, and service.

  • Feedback Loops: Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine marketing messaging and product positioning.

3. Performance Analytics & KPIs

  • Metric Definition: Set and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and Lead Quality.

  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance against goals, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to management.

  • Optimization: Continuously iterate on marketing tactics based on data to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in a core marketing role (Digital, Offline, or Integrated). Experience in FinTech or Banking is a significant advantage.

  • Location: Must be a resident of Lagos with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and take full ownership of the marketing function.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking marketing data and using it to drive growth.
