Job Description:
- Lead HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and staff development.
- Enforce labor law compliance and internal policy implementation.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and staff welfare.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance.
- Drive employee engagement and build a culture of accountability and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or Industrial Relations (Master’s/CIPM is a plus).
- 15+ years experience,must include manufacturing industry HR leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law and workforce dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Salary
