Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR function and support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads.
• Monitor workforce planning and succession management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
• Experience working in a real estate comapny.
