Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. In this role, you will rotate through key departments, gain hands-on experience across our business, and develop the skills necessary to become a future leader at Insight7. You'll work on real projects that impact our operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build a comprehensive understanding of how our AI-powered platform drives value for customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Rotate Through Key Functions: Complete structured rotations across departments including sales, marketing, product development, customer success, and business operations to gain comprehensive business knowledge.

• Own Real Projects: Lead and contribute to meaningful projects within each department, delivering measurable outcomes that impact business performance.

• Drive Analysis and Insights: Analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making across different business functions.

• Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Collaborate with professionals across the organization, participating in strategic discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities.

• Develop Product Expertise: Build deep knowledge of Insight7's platform, features, use cases, and value propositions to effectively contribute across departments.

• Present Findings: Communicate insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and reports.

• Support Customer-Facing Activities: Participate in customer calls, product demonstrations, and support activities to understand customer needs and pain points firsthand.

• Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to AI, SaaS, and customer intelligence.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or related field. Strong foundation in quantitative analysis is advantageous.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools, or SQL is a plus.

• Fast Learner: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
