Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally resilient Facility Officer to anchor the infrastructure engine of our Lagos properties. In the specialized landscape of high-value real estate where asset longevity is dictated by the quality of upkeep success is defined by "Facility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily operations with the clinical precision required for Vendor Management, Preventive Maintenance, and HSE Compliance. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with at least 2 years of proven experience who can blend "Field Grit" (coordinating on-site workers and repairs) with the "Professional Agility" required to manage both residential estates and commercial environments with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Vendor Governance

  • Service Sovereignty: Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management services with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Building Continuity."

  • Vendor Architecture: Manage and coordinate service providers, contractors, and specialized workers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-quality facility output.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and internal standards, ensuring the "Source of Tenant Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

  • Maintenance Sovereignty: Coordinate routine and emergency repairs for residential and commercial assets, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Preservation."

  • Logistics Architecture: Supervise on-site workers to ensure timely execution of tasks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for efficient property management.

  • Supervision Stewardship: Operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism, maintaining the "Source of Operational Independence."

3. Operational Integrity & Portfolio Power

  • Estate Sovereignty: Utilize specialized experience in managing residential areas and estates, acting as the primary "Source of Community Satisfaction."

  • Commercial Architecture: Apply rigorous standards to commercial building operations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for corporate tenant retention.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of sector expertise to identify facility risks before they escalate, maximizing the "Source of Asset Uptime."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Facility Officer.

  • Domain Power: Demonstrated experience managing both Residential Estates and Commercial Buildings.

  • Attributes: High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
