Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically fluent Customer Service Executive to anchor the engagement engine of our solar and inverter operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigeria’s energy transition, success is defined by "Experience Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client expectations with the clinical precision required for Battery Lifecycle Education, Inverter Load Troubleshooting, and Engineering Coordination. This role is designed for an "Advocacy Architect" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing high-volume WhatsApp and phone inquiries) with the "Technical Agility" required to simplify complex inverter codes for non-technical users.
Requirements:
1. Technical Orchestration & Support Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Respond to solar and inverter queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Intelligence."
Troubleshooting Architecture: Provide basic system diagnostics (e.g., explaining discharge rates and inverter codes), providing the "Structural Foundation" for immediate customer relief.
Escalation Stewardship: Coordinate with After-Sales Engineers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the "Source of Technical Resolution" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Fulfillment Logic
Order Sovereignty: Manage customer orders and accurate data entry with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Logistics Accuracy."
Resolution Architecture: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding equipment performance or supply delays, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for professional conflict resolution.
Growth Stewardship: Identify opportunities to recommend higher-capacity inverters or battery upgrades, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Expansion."
3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power
Record Sovereignty: Maintain detailed records of interactions and support tickets, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Memory."
Feedback Architecture: Proactively follow up with customers post-installation, providing the "Visual Foundation" for long-term system performance monitoring.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of service expertise and local language proficiency (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) to bridge the gap between technical sales and client satisfaction, maximizing the "Source of Market Reach."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service (Renewable Energy or Technology sectors preferred).
Education: BSc in Business Administration, Communications, or Social Sciences.
Technical Mastery: Familiarity with Lithium battery lifecycles, inverter load capacities, and solar terminology.
Language Power: Fluency in English; proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is highly advantageous.
