Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly organized Client Services & Operations Coordinator to enhance client communication, streamline service delivery, track engagements, and ensure efficient daily operations across our professional service teams.
- This role focuses on coordination, structure, and accountability rather than technical advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordination of Briefs: Facilitate briefs between clients, internal teams, and external consultants to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Tracking Deliverables: Monitor deliverables, timelines, and service statuses to guarantee timely completion of projects.
- Documentation Preparation: Create engagement summaries, invoices, and follow-up documentation to support client interactions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service engagements for effective tracking.
- Support Meetings: Assist in organizing weekly review and performance meetings to assess project progress and team performance.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of managing high workloads and tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, client services, or professional services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
What This Role Is Not
- Not a Legal, Accounting, or Consulting Role: This position does not involve legal or financial advisory services.
- Not a Marketing or Sales Role: The focus is strictly on client services and operations management.
Salary
