Job Description:
As part of our strategic transformation, Lamlan Digital Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to serve as the operational and strategic heartbeat of our Nigerian office. This is not a role for a traditional administrator; it is a mandate for a Growth Architect who can reposition the agency, strengthen internal systems, and drive sustainable revenue.
You will have total oversight of business development, client service delivery, and people management. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will be responsible for transforming our creative output into scalable business structures.
Requirements:
1. Operational Excellence & Process Engineering
System Design: Architect and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure speed, quality, and profitability across all digital service lines.
Daily Governance: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that workflows between social media, creative, and technical teams are seamless.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, aggressive cost control, and comprehensive performance reporting to the board.
2. Growth Strategy & Revenue Generation
Business Development: Drive revenue growth through aggressive new client acquisition and high-value retention strategies.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to pivot our digital marketing and sales strategies ahead of the market.
Client Success: Ensure high-quality service delivery, transforming client projects into long-term strategic partnerships.
3. People Leadership & Culture
Talent Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of creators and tech specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Performance Excellence: Implement performance management systems that reward high output and professional growth.
Strategic Leadership: Provide the vision and direction necessary to align the company's daily actions with its long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or Communications. (An MBA is a distinct advantage).
Leadership Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience specifically within a digital agency, marketing, or communications environment.
Domain Mastery: Deep knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and modern sales strategies.
Core Competencies
Decision-Making: Ability to make high-stakes choices under pressure while maintaining organizational stability.
