Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project / Operations Executive to join our team in Ikeja. This role is the "engine room" of our project delivery, providing essential support in the coordination of high-impact branding, advertising, and field activation projects.
As a Project / Operations Executive, you will be the bridge between our creative vision and physical execution. You will handle the logistics that make projects happen—from vendor coordination to on-ground monitoring. This is a growth-centric role designed for a professional with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to move into a high-responsibility environment with mentorship and career progression.
Requirements:
1. Project Coordination & Lifecycle Support
Workflow Management: Assist in the end-to-end execution of branding and advertising campaigns, ensuring that every task is completed on time.
Timeline Tracking: Maintain project schedules using basic tracking tools to ensure that deliverables meet strict client deadlines.
Reporting: Provide management with real-time updates on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks early.
2. Vendor & Logistics Management
Liaison & Procurement: Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that materials and services meet our quality standards.
On-Ground Operations: Assist with the logistical setup for activation projects and exhibitions, ensuring that the physical branding is executed according to spec.
Internal Synergy: Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to align operational activities with the project’s strategic goals.
3. Operational Efficiency
Resource Tracking: Use Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to manage project budgets and resource allocation.
Pressure Management: Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach when working under tight deadlines or during high-pressure activation events.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all branding materials and project outputs reflect the high standards of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Project Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or operations support.
Sector Advantage: Previous experience in Media, Marketing, or Exhibition projects is a significant plus.
Core Competencies
Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written skills for vendor and team liaison.
Organization: Basic multitasking abilities with a focus on "getting the job done" correctly.
Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project documentation.
Growth Mindset: A proactive willingness to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow into a management role.
