Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber, target-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Lagos. This is a senior-level sales role designed for a professional with a deep mastery of the Nigerian real estate landscape and a proven track record of converting high-value leads into closed deals.
As a Business Development Officer at Leadroitt Realty, you will be the primary driver of our revenue growth. Your mission is to identify new market opportunities, cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate stakeholders, and manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry to the finalization of contracts. If you possess 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and have the negotiation grit to thrive in a competitive market, we want you to lead our business development efforts.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Strategic Partnerships
Relationship Architecture: Build and sustain a robust network of potential clients, investors, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of new business.
Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and qualify leads in accordance with the company’s strategic sales policy, ensuring high conversion rates.
Network Expansion: Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums to increase market visibility and partner engagement.
2. Sales Execution & Deal Closure
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets through disciplined activity and strategic follow-ups.
Professional Inspections: Lead site inspections for prospective clients, providing expert property advisory and handling technical inquiries with professional poise.
Contract Finalization: Negotiate terms and finalize legal agreements and contracts to achieve the company's financial and business objectives.
3. Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Industry Foresight: Stay at the forefront of Lagos real estate trends, land regulations, and competitor movements to identify opportunities for innovation.
Internal Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client from first touch to handover.
Process Improvement: Provide feedback on sales processes and market needs to help refine the company’s product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Real Estate industry.
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or MSc is a significant advantage.
Location: Candidates must be able to work Full-Time/Onsite in Lagos.
