Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to join Quick Collect’s growth engine. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our customer communication strategy across several states including Abuja, Rivers, and Enugu. You won't just "send emails"—you will design automated journeys that guide users from their first onboarding touchpoint to long-term loyalty.
Your mission is to utilize data and storytelling to drive engagement, retention, and conversions. If you have 2–4 years of experience mastering tools like Brevo or Mailchimp and a passion for optimizing open rates and click-through metrics, we want you to help us scale.
Requirements:
1. Campaign Architecture & Automation
Full-Funnel Execution: Plan and deploy targeted email campaigns, including high-impact newsletters, promotional blasts, and transactional triggers.
Lifecycle Automation: Design and build complex automated workflows for user onboarding, "re-engagement" of dormant users, and post-purchase follow-ups.
Collaboration: Partner with Product and Growth teams to ensure email content aligns with broader business objectives and product updates.
2. Technical Optimization & List Management
Audience Segmentation: Divide our email database into high-value segments based on behavior, location, and product usage to ensure hyper-relevant messaging.
Deliverability Governance: Monitor sender reputation, manage "bounce" rates, and ensure our emails consistently land in the primary inbox—not the spam folder.
Stack Management: Maintain and optimize our use of tools like Brevo (Sendinblue), Mailchimp, or similar Enterprise Service Providers (ESPs).
3. Performance Analytics & A/B Testing
A/B Testing: Regularly run "split tests" on subject lines, CTA placement, and design layouts to identify what resonates most with the Quick Collect audience.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on core metrics: Open Rates (OR), Click-Through Rates (CTR), Unsubscribe Rates, and Conversion Rates.
Data-Driven Iteration: Use campaign insights to continuously refine copy and design for maximum ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Email Marketing or a dedicated Digital Marketing role.
Technical Stack: Hands-on mastery of Brevo (Sendinblue), Mailchimp, or comparable automation platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Core Competencies
Psychological Copywriting: Ability to write punchy, persuasive copy that drives action while maintaining the brand voice.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to find the "why" behind campaign performance.
Detail Orientation: High precision in link checking, mobile responsiveness testing, and scheduling.
