Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Specialist to act as the primary engine for our brand’s growth. In this role, you will not just "run ads"—you will be the architect of our market presence, responsible for crafting the narrative that connects our products to our customers' needs.
You will lead the transition from market research to campaign execution, ensuring that every flyer, social media post, and event is strategically aligned with our sales goals. Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Market Intelligence
Market Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviors, emerging industry trends, and competitor tactics to identify "blue ocean" opportunities.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that synchronize online and offline efforts to maximize brand reach.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing leads are qualified and support the overarching business revenue targets.
2. Multichannel Campaign Execution
Digital & Social Mastery: Oversee the social media ecosystem—managing content calendars, driving community engagement, and leveraging analytics to refine our digital footprint.
Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-impact promotional materials, including digital ads, professional presentations, and traditional flyers.
Events & Promotions: Lead the logistics and creative direction for product launches, trade shows, and seasonal promotions to drive foot traffic and conversions.
3. Performance Analytics & Relationship Management
KPI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROI of all campaigns, using data to "stop, start, or continue" specific marketing activities.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Build and maintain high-value relationships with vendors, media partners, and long-term customers to strengthen our brand ecosystem.
Brand Integrity: Ensure all communications across all platforms adhere to the company’s visual identity and core messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial field.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Email Marketing platforms) and design software (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
Skills: Mastery of branding, content storytelling, and customer engagement strategies.
Core Competencies

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for high-stakes presentations and copywriting.
