Tea.styles is looking for an Administrative Executive to support daily studio operations, manage client enquiries and orders, and ensure an excellent client experience at all times.

Job Description:

Tea.styles is looking for a proactive and polished Administrative Executive to serve as the heartbeat of our studio. This role is more than just administration; it is about creating a seamless, luxury experience for our clients from the moment they send a DM to the moment they walk through our doors.

You will be the first point of contact for our brand, responsible for managing the digital flow of orders and enquiries while ensuring the physical studio space remains pristine and client-ready. If you are a detail-oriented "doer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a studio with minimal supervision, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Digital Client Experience & Order Management

  • First Impressions: Act as the professional voice of ea.styles, responding to client enquiries, orders, and DMs across all social and digital platforms with speed and flair.

  • Booking Governance: Own the studio calendar—managing bookings, sending confirmations, and executing proactive follow-ups to ensure a high client retention rate.

  • Order Flow: Transition digital enquiries into confirmed orders, ensuring all client requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the service team.

2. Studio Operations & Environment Control

  • Space Management: Ensure the physical studio is always organized, clean, and "Instagram-ready" for clients.

  • Operational Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, from managing studio supplies and inventory to coordinating basic logistics.

  • Autonomous Oversight: Take initiative to resolve operational bottlenecks without waiting for instructions, ensuring a smooth flow of service every day.

3. Professional Growth & Brand Advocacy

  • Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with regular clients, ensuring their preferences are noted and their experience is personalized.

  • Brand Representation: Embody the ea.styles aesthetic and values in all client interactions, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and grooming.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, front-desk, or client-facing role—preferably within the Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing professional DMs and using booking/scheduling software.

  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to identify what needs to be done and execute it without constant supervision.

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (the ability to write professional yet engaging DMs is key).

  • Organization: Highly reliable with a "zero-mistake" approach to calendar management.

  • Work Ethic: Resilient and calm under pressure in a fast-paced studio environment.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
