Job Description:

• At Vitalvida, Trainee don’t run errands — they run real operations. Every call you make, every customer you convince, and every order you confirm directly impacts nationwide deliveries and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Call and confirm Pay-on-Delivery (POD) orders from customers who filled out our website form
• Persuade interested but hesitant customers to confidently complete their orders.
• Record every conversation accurately in our CRM and meet report deadlines (12 PM and 4 PM daily).
• Track and follow up on deferred deliveries — customers who request future delivery dates — until they are successfully paid and delivered.
• Work closely with the Accounting, Logistics and Inventory teams to make sure every confirmed order gets delivered, paid, and reported.
• Share insights, patterns, and feedback that help improve marketing, delivery, and product experience.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.

Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (on-site at Yaba, Lagos)
• Bonus: Weekly performance bonus based on paid deliveries
• Duration: 3 months, with possible full-time conversion for top performers
• Start Date: Immediate.
