We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and professional networking.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer success) to ensure seamless product and service delivery.

• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales or marketing
• Experience in water treatment or chemical product will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Ability to drive is an added advantage.
