Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to both our walk-in customers and our online community. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven individual who is equally comfortable managing store operations as they are creating engaging social media content.
Requirements:
Sales & Customer Service
Customer Engagement: Provide professional assistance to walk-in and online customers.
Sales Growth: Actively work to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Follow up on inquiries and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert recommendations.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Platform Management: Oversee our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
Content Creation: Produce creative photo and video content for promotions and marketing campaigns using a smartphone.
Engagement: Respond promptly to comments and messages to drive online interaction.
Strategy: Assist with content planning, caption writing, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Store Operations & Administration
Store Environment: Ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels, assist with merchandising, and support inventory audits.
Reporting: Accurately record sales transactions and prepare basic sales updates as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
ducation: Minimum of OND qualification in any related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or social media management is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using social media for business growth.
Ability to create engaging content using smartphone editing apps.
Strong creative mindset with a focus on marketing instincts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Smart, professional appearance and attitude.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
