Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth for our premium hospitality services, including short-let apartments, luxury hotels, and high-end products. Based in Ikoyi, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with building a robust pipeline of corporate clients and property owners. If you are a polished negotiator with a track record of closing deals in the luxury or hospitality space, this is a prime opportunity to leverage your network and drive substantial revenue.
Requirements:
Hospitality Sales: Lead the charge in selling high-end hospitality services and luxury products, managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final closure.
Corporate Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and professional networks to drive volume.
Property Onboarding: Proactively source new high-value properties and manage the onboarding process for new property owners.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools, social media, and WhatsApp Business to maintain an active, high-quality lead pipeline.
Proposal & Engagement: Craft compelling business proposals and manage guest/client engagement with a focus on service excellence and deal conversion.
Performance: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Advantage: Proven experience specifically within the hospitality, short-let, travel, or real estate sectors.
