Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically savvy Sales Executive to join our fast-growing company in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our air conditioning solutions by engaging with both corporate and retail clients.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales mindset and the ability to translate technical product features into value-driven solutions for our customers. If you have a track record of exceeding targets and a passion for business development in a technical field, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Business Development & Sales

  • Revenue Drive: Actively sell air conditioning and HVAC solutions to a diverse portfolio of corporate and retail clients.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets to broaden our client base.

  • Closing Deals: Prepare professional proposals and quotations, leading negotiations to close sales and achieve performance KPIs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored product recommendations that align with their specific environment.

  • Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

Technical Collaboration

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC technical specifications to explain product benefits clearly to non-technical clients.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with our technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality service post-sale.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2–5 years of experience in sales.

    • Preference: Experience in HVAC, engineering, technical products, or B2B sales environments.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical product details.

    • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

    • Self-Motivation: A results-oriented professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
