Job Description:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, following up on prospects, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the states.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, develop, and convert leads into active sales.
- Conduct property inspections with prospects.
- Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
- Maintain strong CRM and documentation of all client interactions.
- Represent the business at exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
- 1 – 2 years of sales or customer service experience (real estate advantage).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong follow-up skills and customer service orientation.
