Job Description:

• Warmly welcome and attend to customers.
• Assist with customers’ purchase lists, picking products, processing invoices, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed choices.
• Keep shelves stocked, neat, and well-merchandised.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Keep accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer feedback.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operations and follow company policies.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems.
A passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Must live within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ijora, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba or environ.

Qualifications and Skills:

OND or HND qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, pharmacy, or retail.
