Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited was born out of the dire need for an alternative to the hitherto existing chaotic distribution in the pharmaceutical supply chain. with the goal of addressing the gaps in the distribution value chain.

Job Description:

• Warmly welcome and attend to customers.
• Assist with customers’ purchase lists, picking products, processing invoices, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed choices.
• Keep shelves stocked, neat, and well-merchandised.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Keep accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer feedback.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operations and follow company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems.
• A passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Must live within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ijora, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba or environ.

Qualifications and Skills:

• OND or HND qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, pharmacy, or retail.
