Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Retail Deposit Officers to anchor the liquidity engine of our bank across various Lagos hubs. In a specialized retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the mobilization and the precision of the CASA ratio success is defined by "Liquidity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive field marketing with the clinical precision required for Low-Cost Deposit Growth, Cluster Engagement, and Account Fidelity. This role is designed for a "Capital Architect", specifically a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in microfinance or retail banking who can blend "Commercial Grit" (daily field activities and market visits) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Cross-Selling of Microloans and Target Savings.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Mobilization Governance

• Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, market clusters, and associations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Low-Cost Funding."

• CASA Architecture: Drive the growth of savings and current accounts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a healthy bank liquidity ratio.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to onboarding procedures and internal controls, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic

• Market Sovereignty: Conduct door-to-door marketing and cluster engagements across Lagos hubs, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Acquisition."

• Conversion Architecture: Cross-sell microloans, fixed deposits, and target savings plans, providing the "Functional Foundation" for wallet-share maximization.

• Reporting Stewardship: Submit high-fidelity daily and weekly field reports, maintaining the "Source of Operational Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

• Retention Sovereignty: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Deposit Stability."

• Performance Architecture: Track progress against monthly and quarterly targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for achievement-based incentives.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–4 years of specialized microfinance expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Deposit" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND/BSc in any relevant discipline.

• Experience: 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Microfinance or Retail Banking (specifically in deposit mobilization).

• Technical Power: Strong knowledge of Local Markets, Market Clusters, and SME Segments.

• Locations: Ikeja, Orile, Ajah, Lagos Island, Tradefair, Oyingbo, Agege, Egbeda, Oshodi, Ikorodu, Mile 12, or Alaba.
