Job Description:
Are you persuasive, target-driven, and confident on the phone? We are looking for a Recruiting Officer who can master the art of "selling the opportunity." In this role, you will be the engine of our talent pipeline, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and—most importantly—convincing qualified candidates to join our collection teams.

Requirements:
1. High-Volume Candidate Sourcing
Proactive Outreach: Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and contact prospective candidates specifically for our collection roles.
Lead Conversion: Transform cold leads into interview-ready applicants through compelling communication of job benefits and career growth.
Funnel Management: Ensure a consistent "flow" of candidates to prevent gaps in the collection team's staffing levels.
2. Persuasion & Target Achievement
Daily Quotas: Meet a mandatory target of convincing a minimum of 10 candidates daily to attend scheduled interviews.
Benefit Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition, including salary structures, airtime allowances, and professional development opportunities.
Resilience: Maintain a high level of energy and confidence throughout daily high-volume calling sessions.
3. Documentation & Performance Tracking
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous logs of all contacted candidates, including feedback and interview attendance rates.
Reporting: Provide daily and weekly summaries of recruitment metrics to the HR lead to track pipeline health.
Independent Execution: Work with minimal supervision while consistently delivering on-target results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or high-volume sales.
Location: Candidates must be able to work from our Ogba/Ikeja office.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and "phone personality."
Core Competencies
Persuasion IQ: The ability to handle objections and convince skeptical candidates.
Target Focus: A disciplined mindset that treats daily quotas as a baseline, not a ceiling.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in maintaining records via MS Excel or basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
