Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy HR Manager to lead our people operations and foster a high-performance culture within our fast-paced tech environment. This is a comprehensive Generalist role that spans the entire employee lifecycle—from implementing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to architecting succession plans and overseeing complex payroll systems.
As our HR Lead, you will be more than an administrator; you will be a strategic partner to our leadership and a champion for our employees. If you have 4+ years of experience (including managerial oversight), hold professional HR certifications, and are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics HR, we invite you to drive our workforce excellence.
Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier tech talent in a competitive market.
Seamless Integration: Coordinate the end-to-end employee journey, including impactful onboarding, orientation, and structured exit management.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary mediator for conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment and managing disciplinary actions with fairness and legal rigor.
2. Performance, Growth & Learning
Appraisal Architecture: Oversee performance management systems, providing expert guidance to line managers on conducting meaningful reviews and setting "stretch" development goals.
L&D Coordination: Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal and external training sessions to ensure our workforce remains at the forefront of tech trends.
Succession Planning: Support career development initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline from within the organization.
3. Compliance, Systems & Analytics
Policy Governance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and regulations.
HRIS Mastery: Maintain the Microsoft Dynamics HR system, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accurate payroll/benefits administration.
Workforce Intelligence: Analyze workforce trends and metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.) to provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, International Relations, or a related field.
Certification: Mandatory professional certification (e.g., PHRi, SPHRi, CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an HR Generalist with proven managerial experience, preferably within the Tech Industry.
Technical Stack: High proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics HR preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
