We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our organization's financial operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage and supervise operations team members, providing guidance and support
• Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, reports, and presentations
• Develop and implement financial operations policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports and presentations
• Manage and mitigate financial risk, including monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
