Job Description:

• We are recruiting to fill the position of a Guest Relations Officer & Guest Service Agent

Requirements:

• 1–5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Relevant educational qualifications for the position applied for.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
