Job Description:

• The ideal candidate MUST have adequate and reasonable years of experience in hospitality management and most importantly, departmental operations.

The ideal person shall:

• Support and work with all heads of department in all aspects of running the hotel.
• Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth for smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the implementation of SOP in all departments and checks the same during routine checks.
• Coordinate regular operations team meetings with all head of department.
• Responsible for all aspects of the department, identify staff training needs and regular training of staff.
• Monitor and maintain operational and overhead costs.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Monitor purchases and request of all departments randomly inspect the store, kitchen, etc., for compliance with laydown rules.
