Job Description:
- We are seeking to hire a young passionate and intelligent Operations Intern to join the Operations Team at NoemDek.
- The candidate must be intelligent, willing, intentional about growth and open to learning.

Responsibilities
- Source materials and services needed for operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier pricing, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
- Track and monitor supplier performance.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and services to the appropriate location.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and competitors
- Help prepare bid proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze and interpret data to support bidding decisions
- Assist in creating presentations and reports for clients
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid proposals
- Support the bidding team in other tasks as required
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in bidding and sourcing activities.
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
