About Company:

Liquor Loft Lounge is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-octane and strategically minded Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital expansion efforts across Nigeria. In a rapidly evolving digital economy, success is defined by "Conversion Intelligence", the ability to synchronize SEO, paid media, and content strategy to drive measurable ROI. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect", a professional who can blend "Analytical Grit" with the creative flair required to capture the attention of the Nigerian consumer.

Your mission is to ensure "Sustainable Customer Acquisition and Brand Dominance." You will be the primary engine of our digital presence: responsible for designing multi-channel marketing funnels, optimizing ad spend, and leveraging data to pivot strategies in real-time. If you possess "Strategic Autonomy," a mastery of digital tools, and a drive to over-deliver on growth targets, we want you to drive our marketing excellence.

Requirements:

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Orchestration

  • Growth Architecture: Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing funnels that guide potential customers from "Awareness" to "Purchase" and "Loyalty."

  • Paid Media Optimization: Manage and optimize budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve the lowest possible Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

  • SEO & Content Synergy: Lead the search engine optimization strategy to ensure the brand dominates organic search results for key industry terms.

2. Social Ecosystem & Brand Authority

  • Community Governance: Oversee social media strategy to build a highly engaged community, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and influential across all platforms.

  • Influencer & Partner Diplomacy: Identify and collaborate with key digital influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility within the Nigerian market.

  • Content Innovation: Proactively recommend and execute creative content ideas (video, infographics, blogs) that resonate with local audience trends.

3. Data Intelligence & Conversion Optimization

  • Analytical Stewardship: Utilize Google Analytics, Hotjar, and social insights to track user behavior and campaign performance, identifying friction points in the customer journey.

  • A/B Testing Rigor: Regularly conduct split tests on landing pages, ad copy, and email subject lines to maximize conversion rates.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide data-backed reports to leadership, highlighting ROI, market trends, and strategic opportunities for further expansion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in SEO/SEM tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Sector Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Nigerian digital landscape, including local consumer behavior and platform preferences.

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Grit: The ability to translate complex digital metrics into actionable business strategies.

  • Creative Presence: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to manage visual and written content production.

  • Self-Discipline: As we expand, the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple project timelines is critical.
